The Mip & Toad Guarantee: Returns and Replacements
If you are dissatisfied with a Mip & Toad product that you purchased directly from our website (www.mipandtoad.com), you may return it to us for replacement or a refund using the process below.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned.
Please include the following information with your return:
1) Reason for return
2) A copy of the receipt or order number.
3) Refund or replacement preference (freight will be paid by Mip & Toad if replacement is sent)
Your return will be processed upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received by our returns department.
Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase. Refunds are for products only – shipping fees won’t be refunded.
Damaged Items or Mis-Shipments
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped.
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out, and ask that you please contact us immediately by emailing info@mipandtoad.com and our fabulous customer service team will be happy to assist you. We ask that you are able to provide the order number, your email address, delivery address, and phone number for fastest service.
For Mip & Toad products purchased from a retail store:
Please return your product directly to the point of purchase. We will credit the store accordingly.
If the store would not accept your return, or if there are other circumstances making return impossible, please contact us directly.
International Customers
Please follow the returns policy of the retailer you purchased the product from directly. However, if the retailer will not accept your return you may emails us at info@mipandtoad.com and provide the product(s) name and quantity, reason for return, your email address, and the name of retailer you purchased it from. All inquiries will be processed in the order received and handled case-by-case.

Late Returns
Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns if the item has been half used.
